The purpose of this site is to show you the healthy options you have when dining out
and to encourage restaurants to offer healthy meals. I lost 45 pounds and I have managed to keep it off but I have
had the hardest time when I eat out. Restaurants seem to have unusual amount of entrees that are high in cholesterol
and the portions are really too big in most cases. I like to eat out and I have managed to find restaurants that offer delicious
healthy meals.
I will show you your healthy options at each of these restaurants and I encourage you to request
my recommendations because this will encourage the restaurants to keep these healthy meals on the menu and possibly add more
healthy meals. I will only recommend meals that are both good and healthy. I do not get into the amount of calories
in each meal because I believe you should enjoy yourself when you go out but I will go into detail on each restaurant and offer
some tips to keep the calories low.
